Hound Training Day
An exciting opportunity to be close to hounds
and staff while our puppies get an education.

Beechland Foxhound Training Preserve
4527 Beechland Road, Elberon, Virginia
No horse's needed to get close to working hounds while staff and experienced hounds educate the new entry. Casual attire, suitable footwear for walking, dress for the weather.
Own a puppy for the day!
They will be auctioned off before going to work and will be wearing numbered vests for easier identification.
The owner of best working puppy of the day will share the winnings with PAH.
The preserve has excellent facilities for everyone to use, including an exceptionally clean and comfortable lounge area to relax in during and after hunting.
The Kelley family will provide a catered BBQ lunch/breakfast for which they ask a $10 donation (Cash or Check Only) toward hound food.
BYOB
PAH costs for the day are zero as all donations benefit the hounds.
This training day should be a compulsory event for every level of membership, please do everything possible to attend. An enjoyable day of hounds and friends with common interest guaranteed, with a chance for sharp eyes to see a fox.
